MEET ANA

Ana is a former real estate lawyer turned celebrity chef, food entrepreneur, cookbook author, and TV personality. As a cast member of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Miami, she leveraged her platform to build a thriving brand.

She has authored four cookbooks: Sabor! A Passion for Cuban Cuisine, Cuban Chicks Can Cook, The Versailles Restaurant Cookbook, and her latest, Modern Cuban: A Contemporary Approach to the Classics, featuring a foreword by Gloria Estefan. The prestigious Florida Book Awards honored Modern Cuban with a Silver Medal for 2024.

Quincoces is the creator of Skinny Latina, a popular line of Latin-inspired cooking sauces and marinades available in over 5,000 retailers nationwide, including Whole Foods, Walmart, Publix, Kroger, Winn-Dixie, Albertsons, Jewel, and Harris Teeter. Her brand gained national recognition after being featured on CNBC’s The Profit, leading billionaire host Marcus Lemonis to invest.

Ana has collaborated with top brands like Target, Unilever, Olay, Smithfield, Estée Lauder, Goya, La Llave, Mazola, NASCAR, and Nestlé. She was a finalist on Food Network Star (Season 12) and later served as a judge on Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay and Telemundo’s MasterChef Latino. She regularly works with SOBEWFF and is a sought-after host for culinary and entrepreneurial events worldwide.

She has also guest co-hosted The View and The Chew, hosted Fox’s Utilísima Puro Chef in Buenos Aires, and spent several years co-hosting The Daily Flash, an internationally distributed news and entertainment show airing on the CW. Her media presence includes appearances on The Today Show, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Telemundo’s Un Nuevo Día, Univision’s Despierta America, HLN, and CNN as a legal correspondent. She has also been featured on Celebrity Family Feud and Jeff Lewis Live on SiriusXM.

A dynamic speaker, Ana has delivered keynotes at events such as Walmart Open Call, Hispanic Leadership, Women in Business, The American Bar Association’s Bench & Bar Conference, and The Latina Coalition.

Her latest venture is the podcast Reality Court, where she dissects the wildest, weirdest, and most jaw-dropping stories from reality TV.

As a proud mother of two millennials, Ana has mastered the art of communication and is truly bilingual. Her top priority remains her daughters, Kati and Beba, and now her granddaughter, Lola.
