Sasha Carrion is a renowned Celebrity Hypnotherapist and Transformational Coach that has successfully guided her clients through profound and miraculous transformations. A trauma survivor herself, Carrion has transformed her deep pain into a driving force by becoming a healer, motivational leader, and successful entrepreneur. Her journey from trauma to triumph exemplifies her belief that anyone, regardless of their starting point, can create an extraordinary life.

Sasha’s passion for life coaching comes from all of the experiences that she herself has gone through. Even her own mistakes have become great sources of wisdom that she now shares with others.

Carrion is also the founder of the HEAL YOURSELF Therapy group, with offices in California and Florida. The Los Angeles office is recognized as the premier destination for alternative therapy in the Southern California region. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Sasha is double certified Hypnotherapist. She is certified by HMI, or Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the first nationally accredited hypnosis college in the country, as well as the International Hypnosis Federation. She also has training from the Omni Hypnosis Training Center (OHTC).

Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Master Hypnotist, HypnoAnesthesia Specialist, Certified in Stop Smoking Hypnosis, Certified Weight Control Specialist, Certified Pain Control Specialist, Certified to Work with Children, Certified in Phobia Removal. In addition to her hypnosis and hypotherapy certifications, Sasha holds a Bachelors Degree in history from UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles).

Sasha is bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. She’s a mom of a handsome eight year-old boy and has been with her partner, Jerry for 10 years.

In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog and loves to garden.
